Cancellation Policy
For stays outside of the Festive Season, a 60-day notice is required for cancellation with no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 90 days of the arrival day forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. For stays during the Festive Season, a 90-day notice is required for cancellation with no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 60 days of the arrival day forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

Please note that the taxes shown your booking include a Hawaii State General Excise Tax and Hawaii State Transient Accommodations Tax charged on the nightly accommodations rate at the prevailing pass-on tax rates of 4.4386% and 10.25%, respectively.

Deposit Policy
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental fee is required immediately upon booking your stay in order to secure your booking. The balance of rent is due 60 days before the arrival date. Bookings made less than 60 days prior to the date of check-in must be paid in full at the time of booking.
