The master bedroom has a king sized bed, with an en-suite bathroom that has twin vanities, a soaking tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and water closet.

The second bedroom has two queen sized beds, and the third bedroom has a full size bed. A full bath is conveniently located next to the kitchen for the use of all guests. Additionally, a sleeper sofa in the lower level den can sleep another 1-2 guests, for a total of 8-10 guests possible in the home.

Cancellation Policy
For stays outside of the Festive Season, a 60-day notice is required for cancellation with no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 90 days of the arrival day forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. For stays during the Festive Season, a 90-day notice is required for cancellation with no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 60 days of the arrival day forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

Deposit Policy
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental fee is required immediately upon booking your stay in order to secure your booking. The balance of rent is due 60 days before the arrival date. Bookings made less than 60 days prior to the date of check-in must be paid in full at the time of booking.
